Small enough to care. Sharp enough to compete.
CEO & Founder
Deen Aslam
Studies PPE at SOAS, University of London. Serial entrepreneur. BespokeWorks isn't his first company, it's just the one that stuck. Thinks about incentives, unit economics, and how AI creates real value, not just demos.
“Most AI automation companies are selling to people who don't need it. We sell to the ones who do.”
Partner & Technical Lead
Theo Coleman
Studies Computer Science at the University of York. Previously interned at Infosys, where he was awarded Best Intern in his cohort. Builds AI systems that work under pressure, from medical diffusion pipelines to benchmark-beating retrieval engines.
“If I can't explain why a system works, it's not ready to ship.”
Operations & Product
Kristiyan Andreev
Digital Product Manager at Amazon. Brings enterprise product thinking and operational discipline from one of the world's most data-driven companies. Joined BespokeWorks to build something from scratch using the "customer backwards" methodology.
“Good operations are invisible. If you notice the process, it's broken.”
Why we exist
The businesses that most need AI are the last to get it.
It started with a conversation about a gap nobody was filling. Deen was studying PPE at SOAS and running his second business when he noticed something: every AI consultancy was selling the same pitch: six-figure contracts, six-month timelines, systems built for enterprises with unlimited budgets.
Meanwhile, the businesses that could benefit most, the ones running on spreadsheets, manual follow-ups, and three people doing the work of ten, were being completely ignored.
He called Theo, a Computer Science student at York who spent most of his time building things that weren't on any syllabus: medical imaging pipelines, retrieval systems, AI agents that could chain together decisions without falling apart. The question was simple: what if we built an AI automation company that treated SMEs the way the big firms treat their enterprise clients? Same quality systems. Fraction of the cost. Deployed in days, not quarters.
That's what became BespokeWorks. Then Kris joined from Amazon, bringing the product discipline and delivery rigour to make sure what we build actually lands. We're deliberately small. When you work with us, you're talking to the same people who architect, build, and maintain your systems. No account manager layer. No handoff to a junior team. That's the point.

R&D Division
The Foundry is where we build what does not exist yet.
Our research and development arm. We build AI systems from first principles, test them against the hardest public benchmarks, and ship what works directly into client products.
Let's talk about your business.
We'll look at what you're doing, figure out where automation makes sense, and tell you honestly if we can help. No pitch deck. No pressure.
